A giant kohlrabi variety that retains sweetness and tenderness at its very large size. The huge bulbs get as big as 14 inches in diameter and weighing up to 20 lbs!! Flesh never gets fibrous. Provide rich soil and plenty of space to achieve gigantic proportions!

Translated from German, "kohl" means cabbage and "rabi" means turnip, this plant is a unique and prolific winter hardy heirloom crop. Hails specifically from the town of Schmelz in Saarland. Great for microgreens too!
