A hybrid “patty pan” variety with a lovely white scalloped shape with green radial stripes that’s as tasty as it is beautiful. When mature, the fruits are pale yellow with green stripes. Can be harvested as a baby while its skin still pale.

Can let it mature to be eaten like a winter squash or used as a display.

Firm texture and nutty flavor. Great for grilling!
