A milder, meaty pepper that grows to 8" inches long. Flavorful hot pepper pods. Plants grow to be 34" inches tall. Peppers pods are green with thick walls. Milder than a jalapeno and Ancho chili peppers. It's thick walls mean that it can handle some serious cooking. Perfect for roasting and smoking. Stuff them and fry them for Chile Rellenos that are milder than Ancho peppers. They can also be dried and preserved for seasoning throughout the year.
Anaheim Chilis are resistant to Tobacco Mosaic Virus.
